What I do
My work sits between customers, product, implementation, engineering, and the operating reality of enterprise teams adopting new technology. I translate customer friction into product signal, align teams around outcomes, and help turn ambiguous workflows into systems people can actually use.
Where I come from
Before joining Gradial, I spent more than eight years at Adobe working across enterprise transformation, MarTech implementations, and complex cross-functional delivery. That experience shaped how I think about technology: the tool matters, but the surrounding workflows, incentives, trust, and identities usually determine whether transformation succeeds.
What I write about
My Field Notes explore enterprise AI, forward deployed product work, identity, leadership, MarTech transformation, and the systems that make meaningful execution either easier or unnecessarily painful.
